Amrita Brihat Vata Chintamani Ras is an Ayurvedic classical medicine used in treatment of diseases caused by vata imbalance such as paralysis, sciatica and facial palsy, etc. It is also highly effective in managing the diseases caused by Pitta roga (migraine, vertigo and digestive disorders). Fortified with gold, it rejuvenates the body and provides strength to the nervous system.
