The present work is a small step to explain the diseases which are occurring due to low backache including Ayurveda and modern concepts along with examinations, investigations and treatments. This work includes some case reports along with treatments given and its result after the treatment. This will be useful to graduates, postgraduates as well as practitioners to update their knowledge.
